Aaron D. Grigsby’s has been primarily concentrated in all areas of family law and criminal law. After graduating law school, Mr. Grigsby was a law clerk for the Honorable Connie Steinheimer and subsequently worked as a law clerk for Nevada Legal Services. He has represented clients in all phases of state and federal court and has been active in many international custody disputes.

Abira Grigsby was born in Pakistan and moved to Las Vegas when she was ten years old.  She has been in Las Vegas ever since with the exception of law school.  Mrs. Grigsby graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and received her J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.  During law school, Ms. Grigsby received the Dean’s Scholarship for Ethnic and Cultural Diversity, the South Asian Bar Association Scholarship as well as the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure II.  She was also on the Dean’s Honor List for 2 semesters. Ms. Grigsby served as the President of both the Amnesty International and South Asian Law School Associations.  During law school Ms. Grigsby was a law clerk at the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program focused on Domestic Violence and Elder Abuse, as well as the Public Defender’s Office, Dependency Section, in San Diego, California.  Before joining the firm, Mrs. Grigsby worked at two local firms, practicing exclusively in family law.  Mrs. Grigsby is a Partner of the firm and is licensed to practice in both California and Nevada.
